After it is made, it is kept in special air cellars for at least 6 months and matured and its aroma and consistency become evident, offering a unique taste experience with its long maturation process. Prepared with the natural cheese mastery and traditional production methods of Kars, aged cheddar is definitely worth trying for its naturalness and taste. Kars old cheddar is among the indispensables of Turkish cheese culture with its rich taste.

Kars Old Cheddar Cheese was first produced in the Republican years. Due to the harsh climatic conditions in the region, animal husbandry is very developed and the production of this delicious durable cheese has become more and more widespread. Geographical Indication Registration was approved in 2014. Kars Old Cheese has different characteristics due to the natural conditions in the region; such as production technique, processing and conditions in dairy farms. It gets its taste and aroma from the climatic conditions of that region. It is obtained as a result of mixing sheep's milk, which is rich in fat and protein, with cow's milk. Kars Cheddar Cheese, which is from the hard cheese group, is the most basic need for people's bone health and development. It is very rich in calcium, phosphorus, vitamin D, protein and zinc. It has a very rich content in terms of minerals and vitamins. It is beneficial for osteoporosis and muscle and joint disorders.

Return steps are as follows.

3. Press the Return button for the product you want to return.

4. Select the product to be returned and the reason for the return.

5. Take note of the return shipping code on the screen.

6. Put the invoice with the items to be returned in a single package.

7. Deliver the package within 7 days to ship with the return shipping code. In case you pass 7 days, you need to get a return shipping code again.

After the return request is approved, the product price will be refunded through your credit or debit card or money order-eft method, depending on the type of payment you made during the order.
