Mantı (Ravioli), which comes out of the skillful hands of the working women of Kayseri; With its twist shape and small stuffing, it is called the most precious among other ravioli varieties. Başyazıcı Mantı (Ravioli) is made using 100% beef. Kayseri Ravioli are carefully packed and sent in special vacuum packages. The famous Kayseri ravioli is made with traditional methods and has a registered geographical indication certificate.
Storage Conditions: Storage time varies depending on packaging and storage conditions. It should be stored between 0ºC and +4ºC. It can be stored in the deep freezer for 6 months.
Preparation of Manti as a Meal: In a pot suitable for the amount of ravioli, 2 liters of water for 500 g of prepared ravioli is put and boiled. After adding appropriate amounts of salt to the boiling water, ravioli is added. Cooking should be done on low heat to prevent foaming and overflowing during the boiling of ravioli. After about 15 minutes of cooking, the ravioli loses its purpleness and turns white, while the smell of dough and flour disappears from the product. However, when it is boiled more than normal, the dough loses its essence and begins to soften and disperse. After the cooked ravioli is removed from the fire, two glasses of cold water are poured over it and mixed. The excess water is drained and the ravioli is taken into a bowl.
To prepare the sauce according to the amount of ravioli, preferably 1 tablespoon of butter is put in a pan and heated until a little smoke comes out. Then 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and red pepper are added and mixed. This mixture can also be added from the water of the drained ravioli. The sauce prepared in this way is added to the ravioli, which is taken in a bowl and to which yogurt has been added, by drizzling it on it.

The return steps are as follows.

- Create a return request and write the reason.
- Once your request is approved, note the return shipping code shown in the order details.
- Put the items to be returned in a single package together with the invoice.
- Hand the package to the carrier with the return shipping code within 7 days. After 7 days you need to get a new return shipping code.
