Carstens Lübecker Marzipan Covered in Dark Chocolate PGI 100 gr. Geographical Indication ProductThe excellent quality and special aromatic taste of Lübecker Marzipan PGI is based on aromatic almonds. Made from fresh, sweet almonds and sugar, they are Germany's most famous sweet snacks. Lübecker Marzipan is marketed in different packages that vary according to the time of year. It is produced in packages with cinnamon, without cinnamon or chocolate coating at Christmas, and in chocolate coated or plain during Easter periods.
Ingredients: Sugar, ground almond 37%, cocoa mass, water, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin E322, humectant: invertase E1103. Cocoa dry matter in dark chocolate is at least 35%.Energy and Nutrients (100gr): Energy (kj/kcal) 2036/486, Fat (g) 29, Saturated Fat (g) 6.7, Carbohydrate (g) 43, Sugars (g) 42, Protein (g) 9.8, Salt (g) 0.01.Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry and light-free environment.

Product Story
Lübecker Marzipan PGI can be produced in any desired shape, such as bread, fruit, easter eggs, christmas stars, heart motifs, plain or with or without chocolate coating. As a classic production, it is covered with almond paste alone or with dark chocolate. Variations produced with the addition of sweeteners, fruits or other oil seeds or nuts are also common.
Lübecker Marzipan is a quality product made from marzipan raw mass and sugar by the traditional production process. With the traditional production process, almonds are left in hot water, peeled and mixed with granulated sugar. Marzipan is roasted in a special process to become a mass. The raw mass of marzipan can be used pure without sugar or mixed with powdered sugar in certain proportions.

Delivery Details
When your order is handed to the carrier, you receive an “Your order has been shipped” email and an SMS from the carrier. You can see your order status and tracking number under Account > My Orders, and follow your shipment on the carrier’s website with the tracking number.
Return Terms
Return/Cancellation Details
The return steps are as follows.
- Go to Account > My Orders.
- Open the details of the order you want to return.
- Create a return request and write the reason.
- Once your request is approved, note the return shipping code shown in the order details.
- Put the items to be returned in a single package together with the invoice.
- Hand the package to the carrier with the return shipping code within 7 days. After 7 days you need to get a new return shipping code.
Once the return reaches the seller and is approved, the amount is refunded to your credit card, debit card or via bank transfer, depending on your payment method.
