Product Story
Farfalle is a small type of pasta in the form of a bow tie with straight or frilly edges. Its dough is made from semolina flour, all-purpose flour and eggs. A pair of pinkish scissors is used instead of a knife to obtain the special creased edges of the pasta. Each rectangle is then tightly tucked in the middle to create the butterfly or bow tie shape. It comes from the Italian word farfalla, meaning "butterfly". It was first discovered in northern Italy near Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy. It is consumed hot by adding creamy tomato sauce, plain cream sauce or simple lemon-garlic sauce on top of vegetables or meat. It is also popular as a cold dish that is made into a vegetable pasta salad.

Delivery Details
When your order is handed to the carrier, you receive an “Your order has been shipped” email and an SMS from the carrier. You can see your order status and tracking number under Account > My Orders, and follow your shipment on the carrier’s website with the tracking number.
Return Terms
Return/Cancellation Details
The return steps are as follows.
- Go to Account > My Orders.
- Open the details of the order you want to return.
- Create a return request and write the reason.
- Once your request is approved, note the return shipping code shown in the order details.
- Put the items to be returned in a single package together with the invoice.
- Hand the package to the carrier with the return shipping code within 7 days. After 7 days you need to get a new return shipping code.
Once the return reaches the seller and is approved, the amount is refunded to your credit card, debit card or via bank transfer, depending on your payment method.
